Join The Celebration On International Women’s Day

“When your tiny pulse was beating deep inside There’d be that hand to care for you and guide That source of inspiration through your happy times and tears To be the best and face your doubts and fears And triumph on your journey through the years . . .”

Whether you’re a guy or a gal, those lyrics from Judith’s song nevertheless apply to you. We all benefit from the hand that once rocked us.

Every year on March 8th on International Women’s Day why not think of women around the world as you listen to “The Hand That Rocks The World” which Judith wrote for IWFCI (International Women’s Federation of Commerce & Industry) when she was inspired and encouraged by its founder Diana Abruzzi to write a song for women. It was a big learning curve for Judith in 1996 to try to understand women in all walks of life. Judith never dreamed at that stage that she would be the first one to record the song in 2011 for her “Epiphany” album. An “Affirmation” was also included as its final track which contains the above quotation.

For information please visit www.iwfci.org and www.getmusic.com.au/judithdurham if you haven’t bought the album yet, or to download tracks 9 & 11.
